Vietnam will observe the National Day holiday for five consecutive days, from Saturday, 29 August to Wednesday, 2 September 2026.
During this period, Winter IP Law will be closed from 29 August to 2 September 2026 and will resume normal business operations on Thursday, 3 September 2026.
The holiday period may affect the operation of government authorities and other relevant offices in Vietnam. Accordingly, IP filings, official procedures, statutory deadlines, and other matters requiring action in Vietnam should be planned with the holiday schedule in mind.
