IP Vietnam Office has just issued a notice regarding the change of locations for receiving applications and returning results for the settlement of administrative procedures (APs) in the field of industrial property, in order to uniformly implement the one-stop-shop mechanism of the Ministry of Science and Technology.
According to the notice, from January 5, 2026, the Intellectual Property Office will cease receiving applications and returning results for industrial property administrative procedures at its headquarters and its representative offices in Ho Chi Minh City and Da Nang City.
The receipt of applications and return of results for industrial property administrative procedures will be centralized at the One-Stop-Shop Department of the Ministry of Science and Technology at the following locations:
- In Hanoi: 1st Floor, National Innovation Center Building, No. 113 Tran Duy Hung Street, Yen Hoa Ward.
- In Ho Chi Minh City: Building No. 1196, 3 Thang 2 Street, Binh Thoi Ward.
- In Da Nang City: No. 42 Tran Quoc Toan Street.
Working hours for receiving and returning application results:
- Morning: from 08:00 to 11:30
- Afternoon: from 13:30 to 16:30
Outside the above working hours, officers at the One-Stop-Shop Department will continue to process professional tasks and hand over files in accordance with regulations.
