IP Viet Nam to Accept about 157 PPH Requests from October 2025 to March 2026

The WINTER IP Team October 25, 2025

From October 1, 2025 to March 31, 2026, the Intellectual Property Office of Viet Nam (IP Viet Nam) will accept approximately 157 requests under the Patent Prosecution Highway (PPH) program between IP Viet Nam and the Japan Patent Office (JPO).

This quota reflects the continued cooperation between the two offices to enhance the efficiency of patent examination and facilitate faster processing of patent applications.
